Analysis and quality of urban life is one of the most important areas of urban studies in different countries. Quality of life depends on objective and mental conditions and ultimately on one's perceptions and perceptions of the realities of life. Meanwhile, incentive policies for modernization in these contexts can have different effects on quality of life in different dimensions. Objective dimensions mean the observations and dimensions of the living conditions of the residents that are objective, while the mental dimensions of quality of life mean measuring the perception and feelings of the residents of the living environment and aspects related to this environment. The purpose of this study is to measure and evaluate the quality of life indicators and the effectiveness of these indicators of incentive policies for modernization in Haft district of Tehran. The research method is descriptive-analytical based on a questionnaire. The required data were collected from 380 samples randomly and in order to analyze the studied variables, SPSS software and statistical methods such as mean responses, parametric t-test were used. The results show that the environmental dimension with a statistic of 3.9, the physical dimension with a statistic of 3.41, the economic dimension with a statistic of 3.29, the social dimension with a statistic of 3.18 and access with a statistic of 3.04 all have a higher average than the theoretical dimension. Statistics 2.25 has an average below the theoretical average. The results show that the quality of life index has an average of 3.18 and from this perspective is in a moderate position. Therefore, it can be claimed that the incentive policies of modernization have been effective in improving the lives of the residents of the dilapidated area of Tehran's Haft district.
