Abstract

Abstract
Introduction
Recreational complexes as one of the most important urban uses, along with the development of urban economy, create and reproduce aggregate public spaces as a meeting place and social interactions to create sustainable urban spaces, play an important role in the production of new architectural and urban spaces. They play into the components of sustainable architecture. The creation of multipurpose complexes in cities today is a good solution for the production of new urban cores. Changing the commercial nature of shopping center spaces and passages from mere business to commercial-recreational centers and creating leisure and shopping spaces in such centers has become commonplace in our country, especially Astara. Considering the indigenous architecture and well-being of the coastal commercial-recreational complex, the creation of sustainable architectural components and the promotion of aggregated spaces for social convergence and the creation of hangouts for greater and better exchange and efficiency with regard to the type of sustainable market architecture emphasize the importance and importance of this. Kurdish. The purpose of this study was to analyze the role of influencing factors on promotion of commercialization of commercial-recreational complexes in sustainable architecture of urban spaces based on physical, functional, environmental and social components. The research question can now be stated as follows: What are the factors influencing the growth of the Astara coastal market in urban space?
Materials and Methods
This research is of applied purpose and descriptive-analytical research method. The combined method of documentary and field studies was used to collect the objective and subjective data needed. To identify appropriate indicators in line with the research subject, combining four components of "functional, functional, environmental, social" and (27) indicators that are hypothetically considered in the alternative position, to estimate the sample size of 485 formulas Cochran and random sampling methods were used. Validity and reliability of the questionnaire were calculated to be greater than or equal to 0.88, respectively. In this study, to determine and rank research concepts and indices using AHP's Analytical Model (AHP) method, and multivariate regression analysis using one-sample T-test using SPSS software, research question and objective analysis. Highlights

Results and Discsussion

Nine dimensions of measuring and evaluating the enhancement of commercial-leisure complexity in urban spaces have been used in terms of physical component, with the "structure and form" dimensions averaging 3.38 and the "energy consumption" dimension averaging 3.07. They had the lowest share in estimating the criterion value and target index among the respondents. It is visible in Table (2). In the performance component of the six dimensions evaluated, the dimension of "diversity of uses" had the highest share with a mean of 2.53, and the dimension of "position and orientation" with a mean of 2.39 had the lowest share in estimating the benchmark value and index. This is visible in Table (3). In the environmental component, among the five dimensions, the dimension of "invitation and readability" had the highest share with a mean of 3.58 and the "comfort" dimension with a mean of 3.09 had the lowest share in estimating the criterion and indicator value among the respondents. It is visible in Table (4). In the social component, out of the seven dimensions, the dimension of "shopping experience and entertainment" had the highest share with a mean of 4.06 and the "presence of people" with a mean of 3.33 had the lowest share in estimating the criterion and indicator value among the respondents. It is visible in Table (5).

In this study, the concept of "enhancing the complexity of business-leisure complexes" was identified as hypothetical concepts in alternative position with respect to the weights obtained for each of the indicators after pairwise comparison, according to the indices studied. (770 Format, 712 Shopping Experience, Variety of Users 0.685, Invitations and Readability 0.602) have the most importance. In general, the concept of the research shows that the results are consistent with the trends in the indices of both concepts.

Conclusions

Leading research into the role of enhancing the resilience of commercial-recreational complexes and providing solutions and specific spatial experiences and in fact creating lean and different spatial qualities within the recreational commercial complex in the coastal city of Astara and emphasizing the need to create an index of resilience and space utilization. Designed to create vibrant, high-quality spaces for interdependence and social interactions blended with the nature of hard work, new ideas have been devoted to sustainable, adaptable and environmentally friendly architecture. Based on the second level model, four components of "physical", "functional", "environmental", "social" have been investigated as factors affecting the promotion of aggregation in commercial-recreational complexes. Overall, the mean of the two components of "social" and "physical" was above the theoretical average. Examine these two concepts together with the indicators that they comprise as the final step of the analysis. The results of this study indicate that the indicators of the concept of 'social' affecting the promotion of aggregation in commercial-recreational complexes are ranked in terms of 'satisfying users' needs, shopping and leisure experience, social relevance, shopping behavioral patterns, spatial identity and people. "Security, public presence" as well as prioritizing the "physical" component dimensions include "structure and form, shape and size, environmental harmony, pedestrian movement, furniture and comfort, energy use, convenient access, facilities and equipment, breadth
