Measures taken to improve the old fabric of Ardabil should not be in the form of physical reconstruction and reconstruction, because in many old nuclei, what is valuable is not only the existing body, but also passages, neighborhood centers, social relations between residents. Are monuments and symbols of texture that have social and cultural value,so in many areas, texture improvement and micro and participatory action with the people living in it provides a very desirable and sustainable method that can be done in a short period of time.

Since the old texture of Ardabil, like the old texture of many cities, has historical values, and on the other hand, this texture, like the old texture of other cities, suffers from physical, functional, environmental and social problems, so to prevent the process of erosion and Tissue destruction, planning to repair old tissue is necessary.
