Knowing the current situation of the cities in terms of progress indicators and comparing them with each other is the first step in planning the region and creating social justice between the cities. The purpose of this article is to review the progress and development of the cities of Hamedan province and to analyze the injustices in Hamedan province. The research method is descriptive-analytical. The analyzed indicators consist of thirty-three indicators, including educational, therapeutic, social, economic, cultural, infrastructure, and physical indicators. To compare progress, Morris models, taxonomy and standardized score were used. The cities of the province were classified in 3 levels in terms of progress and construction. The result of the research showed that: Hamedan city is the most prosperous and Kabudarahang city in two standardized scoring techniques, and Morris and Faminin city are the most deprived cities in the province in the taxonomy technique. Also, the results of the stratification of regions show that: the pattern governing the spatial structure of Hamadan province is the center-periphery pattern, which makes it necessary to pay attention to regional planning. The type of this research is applied and its governing approach is descriptive-analytical. The geographical scope of the research is Hamedan province and the statistical community of those cities in this province. The technique of collecting statistics and data is using library methods and statistical tables, which finally indexed the raw data table so that it can be processed by means of taxonomy, Morris and standardized score models.
