Home is also a place for daily human life, it’s design is important. Nowadays, the spatial organization of the house has distanced itself from its reality and has brought challenges in the field of modern design. <br /><br />Therefore, by using the space syntax technique, which is a method to understand the behavior pattern, it is possible to analyze the relationship between the space configuration and the social structure of the space. In this regard, this research has been written with the assumption that "the design of residential houses with the pattern of Iranian houses has an effect on the quality of urban life" and "it is possible to achieve the design pattern through the efficiency of the spatial syntax technique". Questions include the following:<br /><br />How to identify the main spaces in Iranian houses based on the space syntax method?<br /><br />- How is the design of a contemporary residential apartment based on the space syntax method?<br /><br />According to the different climatic conditions and the structure of the courtyards, six samples were selected and factors such as accessibility, depth, interconnectedness of the spaces were analyzed. The design aimed to create a familiar space, by dividing the space into public, semi-public, semi-private and private, was carried out correctly.<br /><br />By Using this method, the results indicated that traditional houses in terms of visual accessibility; Has a high hierarchy, in terms of physical access; It has more depth. The space of the hallway or corridor is emphasized in order to create hierarchy and spatial privacy; The entrance corridor space has the most connection after the yard and has less depth than the size of the spaces. محیط زندگی انسان تعیین‌کننده سلامتی فردی و اجتماعی است. خانه نیز به‌عنوان مکانی برای زندگی روزمره انسان، طراحی آن حائز اهمیت است.امروزه سازمان‌فضایی خانه از حقیقت خود فاصله گرفته و چالش‌هایی درگرو طراحی مدرن نیز به همراه آورده است. لازمه جبران این فاصله، شناخت مفاهیم خانه سنتی بوده تا ‌با روش سنتی به ساخت الگوی ذهنی منجر گردد. در این‌راستا با بهره‌گیری از فن پیکربندی‌فضا که روشی است برای درک الگوی رفتاری این امکان فراهم‌می‌شود تا رابطه میان پیکربندی فضا و ساختار اجتماعی فضا تحلیل شود. در این‌راستا این پژوهش با فرض آنکه «طراحی خانه‌های مسکونی با الگو خانه‌های ایرانی بر کیفیت زندگی شهری تأثیرگذار است» و «دستیابی به الگوی طراحی به‌وسیله بهره‌وری از فن پیکربندی فضایی امکان‌پذیر است» به تحریر درآمده است. سؤالات شامل موارد ذیل است:<br /><br />- شناسایی فضاهای اصلی‌در خانه‌های ایرانی بر اساس روش پیکره‌بندی فضا چگونه‌‌است؟<br /><br />- طراحی آپارتمان مسکونی معاصر مبتنی بر روش پیکره‌بندی فضا چگونه‌است؟<br /><br />با‌توجه به شرایط اقلیمی متفاوت و ساختار حیاط‌ها، شش نمونه موردبررسی قرار‌گرفت و عواملی چون میزان دسترسی، عمق، هم پیوندی فضاها تحلیل‌شد. طراحی باهدف ایجاد فضایی مأنوس، با تقسیم‌بندی فضا به‌صورت عمومی، نیمه عمومی، نیمه‌خصوصی و خصوصی ، به شکل صحیح صورت‌گرفت. با‌استفاده از روش ذکرشده، نتایج حاکی از آن بود که خانه‌های سنتی درزمینه دسترسی بصری؛ دارای سلسله‌مراتب بالا، از جنبه نظر دسترسی فیزیکی؛ دارای عمق بیشتر است. فضای دالان یا راهرو در جهت ایجاد سلسله مراتب و محرمیت فضایی تاکیددارد؛ فضای راهروی ورودی بیشترین هم‌پیوندی را بعد از حیاط داشته و از عمق کمتری نسبت به سایز فضاها برخوردار است. مطبخ دارای عمق بیشتر نسبت به سایر فضاها است. مهمانخانه نسبت به ورودی در کمترین میزان عمق است و عنصر حیاط نیز با توجه به اقلیم و تعداد متفاوت بوده‌است. نتایج بر اساس روش استدلال منطقی به‌صورت الگویی در جهت طراحی آپارتمان مسکونی پدیدار‌شد.
