The type of research is applied in terms of purpose, and descriptive-survey in terms of implementation method. The sample of participants in the research included 120 employees of all the employees of the cooperative passenger transportation companies of Kohgiluyeh and Boyer Ahmad provinces, who were selected by simple random sampling method. The data collection tool was a researcher-made questionnaire, then the data were analyzed using Excel and Matlab software. The findings of the SWAT analysis showed that internal factors (IFE=3.35) and external factors (EFE=3.06) were calculated and according to the SWAT matrix, the first priority of the strategy of passenger transport cooperative companies is the offensive strategy or SO. Therefore, the mentioned companies should be able to make maximum use of environmental or external opportunities by taking advantage of their capabilities and strengths. Also, the results of the fuzzy analysis showed that among the different desirable strategies, the development of travel packages related to ecotourism activities with a weight of (0.13) and the cooperation of cooperatives with the tourism organization with a weight of (0.12) are more important. But the strategies of using expert labor with weight (0.057) and law enforcement security with weight (0.057) had a lower degree of importance. In the end, suggestions were made to improve the condition of the transport cooperative companies of the province. هدف از این پژوهش بررسی راهبرد مطلوب شرکت‌های تعاونی حمل و نقل مسافربری استان کهگیلویه و بویراحمد با استفاده از تحلیل سوات می‌باشد. نوع پژوهش از لحاظ هدف، کاربردی، و از نظر لحاظ روش اجرا توصیفی -پیمایشی محسوب می‌شود. نمونه مشارکت‌کنندگان در پژوهش، شامل 120 نفر از کلیه کارکنان شرکت‌های تعاونی حمل و نقل مسافربری استان کهگیلویه و بویراحمد بوده‌اند، که با روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب شده‌اند. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بوده، سپس داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار Excel و Matlab مورد تحلیل قرار گرفته‌اند. یافته‌های حاصل از تحلیل سوات نشان داد که عوامل درونی (IFE=3.35) و عوامل بیرونی (EFE=3.06) محاسبه شد و با توجه ماتریس سوات، اولویت اول راهبرد شرکت‌های تعاونی حمل و نقل مسافربری، راهبرد تهاجمی یا SO می‌باشد. بنابراین، شرکت‌های مذکور، بایستی بتواند با بهره‌گیری از توانمندی‌ها و قوت‌های خود، از فرصت‌های محیطی یا بیرونی حداکثر استفاده را ببرند. همچنین نتایج تحلیل فازی نشان داد که در بین راهبردهای مطلوب مختلف، تدوین بسته‌های سفر مرتبط با فعالیت‌های اکوتوریستی با وزن (13/0) و همکاری تعاونی‌ها با سازمان گردشگری با وزن (12/0) از درجه اهمیت بیشتری برخوردار هستند. اما راهبردهای استفاده از نیروی کار متخصص با وزن (057/0) و امنیت انتظامی با وزن (057/0)، دارای درجه اهمیت پایین‌تری بودند. در پایان، پیشنهاداتی جهت بهبود وضعیت شرکت‌های تعاونی حمل و نقل استان ارائه شد.
