Reducing social interactions, heavy traffic, environmental pollutions such as air pollution, physical and mental health problems for citizens, and also the destruction of valuable tissues and buildings of ancient cities are some of the issues of today's cities which, part of that returns to the consequences of the car-centric and reducing pedestrian traffic in cities. Pedestrian movement, strengthening the pedestrian moves in urban spaces and creating pathways are among the methods to reduce the effects of the mentioned issues and restoring the position of pedestrian moves to urban spaces. Pathways as passages with high social role and restricting riders moves is actually a way to reclaim public passages, especially the valuable urban spaces that have cultural, historical, commercial, and recreational attractions for pedestrians, from vehicles, and giving it back to human beings for the purpose of move, social interactions and recreational, tourism and commercial activities One of the most important characteristics of pedestrian pathways and pedestrian-oriented streets is their vitality, which can play an essential role in the level of presence and satisfaction of citizens in order to increase social interactions and approach pedestrian-oriented targets. In this study, we have tried to express the characteristics of vitality in urban spaces. The purpose of this study is to achieve common criteria for creating vitality on pedestrian pathways and pedestrian oriented streets. And by comparing and examining the Istiklal pedestrian pathway in Istanbul and 30 Tir pedestrian oriented Street in Tehran through SWOT technique, it develops criteria for creating vitality in pedestrian pathways and proposes these criteria for creating vitality in pedestrian pathways and pedestrian oriented streets.}, keywords = {Pedestrian pathway,Vitality,30 Tir street,Istiklal pedestrian pathway,SWOT technique}, title_fa = {بررسی شاخص های سرزندگی پیاده راه ها و خیابان های پیاده محور، در مقایسه پیاده راه استقلال، استانبول ترکیه و خیابان پیاده محور سی تیر، تهران ایران}, abstract_fa = {در سالهای اخیر تسلط سواره بر پیاده که نوعی از تسلط کمیت بر کیفیت می­باشد، در فضاهای شهری به­نوعی به فرهنگ غالب شهرها تبدیل شده­است. کاهش تعاملات اجتماعی، ترافیک سنگین، آلودگی­های محیط­زیستی و تخریب بافت­ها و بناهای ارزشمند کهن شهرها از معضلات شهرهای امروزی می­باشند که بخشی از دلایل آن به خودرو­محوری و کاهش حرکت پیاده در شهرها برمی­گردد. جنبش پیاده­محوری، تقویت حرکت پیاده در فضاهای شهری و ایجاد پیاده­راه­ها، روش­هایی برای کاهش اثرات معضلات ذکر­شده و بازگرداندن جایگاه حرکت پیاده به فضاهای شهری می­باشند. پیاده­راه­ها به عنوان معابری با نقش اجتماعی بالا و محدودسازی حرکت سواره، در واقع راهی برای بازپس­گیری معابر عمومی به ویژه فضاهای شهری ارزشمند که دارای جاذبه­های فرهنگی، تاریخی، تجاری و تفریحی برای عابرین پیاده هستند، از وسایل نقلیه و پس­دادن آن به انسان به منظور حرکت، تعاملات اجتماعی و فعالیت­های تفریحی، گردشگری و تجاری است. یکی از مهم­ترین شاخصه­های پیاده­راه­ها و خیابان­های پیاده­محور، میزان سرزندگی آنها می­باشد که می­تواند نقش اساسی در میزان حضور و رضایت شهروندان جهت افزایش تعاملات اجتماعی و نزدیک شدن به اهداف پیاده­محوری داشته باشد. این پژوهش به بررسی شاخصه­های سرزندگی محورهای پیاده پرداخته و هدف این پژوهش رسیدن به معیارهای مشترک برای ایجاد سرزندگی در پیاده­راه­ها و خیابان­های پیاده­محور می­باشد. همچنین با مقایسه و بررسی دو پیاده­راه، استقلال استانبول و خیابان سی تیر تهران از طریق تکنیک تجزیه و تحلیل SWOT به تدوین معیارهایی برای ایجاد سرزندگی در پیاده­راه­ها می­پردازد و  معیارهایی را برای ایجاد سرزندگی در پیاده­راه­ها و خیابان­های پیاده­محور پیشنهاد می­نماید.}, keywords_fa = {پیاده راه,سرزندگی,خیابان سی تیر,پیاده راه استقلال,تکنیک SWOT}, url = {https://www.ei-journal.ir/article_114145.html}, eprint = {https://www.ei-journal.ir/article_114145_75e274b45e695db90de21d45e4512377.pdf} }
